Shenyang is the capital of Liaoning Province in China. Shenyang has a strategically important geographical location, due to its location on the railway and highway routes connecting major cities of China with other Asian countries and Russia.

The basis of the park is a complex bonded zone (300 thousand square meters) and a transport hub (sea, rail and road transportation) (110 thousand square meters). Shenyang is also home to an airport on 272 airlines. 

The largest enterprises of non-ferrous metallurgy and chemical industry are located in Shenyang, the production of rubber and glass products is actively carried out, and the light and food industries are developing.
