Starting from 2022, a number of Russian banks have connected to the international payment system CIPS (Chinese bank transfer system). CIPS cannot yet become a full-fledged replacement for SWIFT, according to experts, BUT, given that the disconnection of banks from SWIFT may continue, the emergence of an alternative SWIFT international payment system will soon become real.

Thus, the countries that are members of the BRICS association (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) are actively working to create their own financial messaging system. In addition, the states of the alliance intend to launch an independent rating agency BRICS.

The CEO of B2B-FAIR.ONLINE presented opportunities for cooperation in the digital economy, investment and the financial sector.

The summit was attended by representatives of the People's Bank of China, the Xinhua news agency, the Shenhe Government (Shenyang Financial and Commercial Development Zone), the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, major Chinese economic centers and institutions, and financial companies.
